      Pros

      The legend and J&J calibration on CAR-T is exciting. Everyone is great to work with and there is alot to learn.

      Cons

      They need have to fix the system that estimates how much to tax a person filing married jointly. I as other people who filed as married got taxed at 50% for the first few paychecks. This was corrected after the first few paychecks by not using the system and filing out a form and sending emails.
