Very quick with interviews to hiring process

Cons

No work life balance. Constantly being requested work nights and weekends to close investigations or batch release with no appreciation or reward. Mentally and physically drains you. Many supervisors are inexperienced and do not know how to manage their teams or figure out how to fix the team. Many recurring investigations but no accountability to the people who cause the issues. Investigators get blames for everything
