Good place to gain experience, and they treat you right. Pay is definitely above the industry average in the area, and for the balance provided it's a good deal. Genuinely a great place to work with a management team that cares

Cons

Can get hectic at times. As they are still hiring, schedules can shift and anyone calling out leads to a chain reaction of tasks being reassigned to someone else. Because the role is production, working on holidays is required (but it is compensated)
