      Amazing PTO and benefits!. QC Micro department was great with the managers and coworkers.

      Cons

      It could be a bit slow at the beginning of your job but soon it would pick up and you would have your hands full of work.

      Pros

      Part of the reason I joined Legend was for its growth as a company. While here, we received FDA approval for our CAR-T treatment w/ the highest response rate compared to all of their competitors. Training period is long, but it sets you up to feel comfortable working on the process, and sets you up for growth opportunities within the company. Comp and benefits competes with big pharma

      Training period is long (fully paid so can't complain).
