Friendly coworkers, good package of benefits and compensation. Amazing CAR T technology.

Cons

Slow response time from cross functional team. Some rude and unqualified management leaders and limited respect to employees profession. Not so many development opportunities provided always outreach third parties due to low trust and collaboration among departments. No frequent touch base.
