- They say they offer career growth, guidance and work life balance but, thats only for office employees
- If you are unfortunate enough to be in a lab, don’t expect to participate in any work events or activities because management wont let you out of the lab for longer than maybe 1 hr (if you are lucky) during your 12.5 hrs shift
- Company won’t even recognize Lab Appreciation Week like most labs do but throws a week long Bring Your Child to Work event that once again, lab employees miss out on
- expect to be asked to work overtime and major holidays like Christmas
- expected to come in even during hazardous conditions like this past blizzard with no hazard pay
- continuous changes to processing and day to day tasks that makes the work more difficult, take longer and results in more mistakes that they then yell at everyone for
- even management admits to not knowing what they are doing but wont promote or hirer anyone qualified who does
- will make you spend months trying to implement a failing project instead of saving time and money to focus on actual improvements
