The culture is terrible, and management shows no genuine concern for employees. The company is controlled by the chairman of the board, Frank, and leadership is more focused on appeasing him than advocating for employees or making independent decisions. There is a strong emphasis on appearances and optics rather than meaningful investment in the people who work here. Employee surveys are regularly distributed, but the feedback provided is rarely acknowledged or acted upon, leaving employees feeling unheard, undervalued, and disengaged. This is not a good place to work, and there always seems to be a steady stream of people looking for a way out. High turnover and low morale speak for themselves. Trust the Glassdoor reviews, and think very carefully before joining this company.

They tell you as a production suppory associate that you will have opportunities. That's not true. When I first joined they told me I can move to ops whenever there is a free spot. Then they implemented a 2 year rule. Now you can't go after 2 years. I worked hard for 2 years learning everything. Then after 2 years they say there is nothing available. After putting in your 2 weeks you are then immediately fired.
