Pros

Good pay and benefits. Company is rapidly growing with constant job openings in multiple locations.

Cons

They are trying to scale up in record time with no regard to treating employees well or providing work life balance. Frequent turnover, disorganization and groups operating in silos is the norm. You have a good chance of landing a job here, but you won’t want to stay long.

Pros

The legend and J&J calibration on CAR-T is exciting. Everyone is great to work with and there is alot to learn.

Cons

They need have to fix the system that estimates how much to tax a person filing married jointly. I as other people who filed as married got taxed at 50% for the first few paychecks. This was corrected after the first few paychecks by not using the system and filing out a form and sending emails.

Cons

A toxic cesspool. Extraordinarily high turnover. Nearly everyone still employed by Legend is desperately looking to leave. Blatant favoritism towards Chinese employees.
