Toxic senior leadership sets unrealistic expectations and fosters favoritism, creating an abusive work environment. Employees are frequently expected to work after hours and on weekends with little regard for work-life balance. The company shows a lack of concern for its staff and continues to promote senior managers who appear unqualified to be leaders and contribute to the negative culture.

Lots of PTO and ok benefits

Management was absolutely terrible some managers abusive some managers sleep with all their employees it was basically highschool except way worse. In the lab often for 11 hours a day with an hour and a half break except it takes 15 minutes to gown in and out and by then u have an hour and are severely dehydrated. Nobody cares about the actual product and process is terrible
