Pros

I've worked with some great people that are very talented in their field. Most people are extremely hard working and dedicated to their careers. New facility is clean, but lacking some basic necessities (ie hot water, windows).

Cons

Systems are configured poorly; not user friendly for North American market - geared more towards users in Germany. Company culture is cut-throat with little room for promotions. Punitive management style with several of the leaders. Many employees in fear of losing their jobs.

Amazing product, well made and the best on the market.

Cons

No clue what the market really holds. They understand larger accounts but people without 1-a accounts will never make it.

Good, solid & reliable products which are world renowned and respected but are urgently in need of updating or replacing with current technology

Cons

Lack of interest from parent company (Danaher) has left core products on which the company was founded as 'poor stepchildren.' Seen only as 'cash cow.'
