      Good variety of opportunities, and lateral movement to fit your interests and career goals is encouraged. I've had an amazing experience with a stellar team and management, but that will depend entirely on your specific team.

      Cons

      Salary is a bit low for the industry. Work culture depends heavily on your team and management.

      Pros

      The check arrived every week, but I felt that it was just a head shop. I do think it may have been the specific manager that I worked under, but I didn't have all that much interaction with him.

      Cons

      The benefits were no better than the competitors.
