      Not really the company, I just had the Luck of working for the government, no politics involved.

      Pros

      The Salary was pretty fair.. the most I made in my career, had, so far.

      Cons

      The con is granted the pay was "fair", but the contract I was on, I was overloaded with work, due to under staffing, and the processes, SoP - Standard Operating Procedure(s), were old school, and being tasked with all the other duties outside of the contract, or "coincidentally" being worded in the contract, as to avoid legal issues, to encompass ALL duties fall under Duties Assigned, thereby being tasked with ALL the extra responsibilities.. NEED IT NOW.. nope, never mind..

      Pros

      Good variety of opportunities, and lateral movement to fit your interests and career goals is encouraged. I've had an amazing experience with a stellar team and management, but that will depend entirely on your specific team.

      Cons

      Salary is a bit low for the industry. Work culture depends heavily on your team and management.
