Leidos was only formed in the last five years and has had incredible growth in the industry. They continue to develop their business while focusing on their principle of employee retention and training.

Cons

Leidos is a growing company that focuses on it's employees. They have several internal development programs, which leads to greater retention. This could create a road block for advancement, but the training allows you to broaden your skills to branch out into new fields.

Outstanding leadership - worked for the best "boss" I've had in 30 years in the labor field. Great synergies across geographically separated team members. The very proof to me that it's about "who" is on the team, not "where" they are located. Worked with UAV operations - cutting edge technology with industry leading solutions in audio and cross domain displays for classified environments.

Cons
