      Decent benefits, plenty of good people working there, plenty of sincere interactions with co-workers at the local level and with co-workers at remote locations who've had a chance to get to know us.

      Cons

      Interesting level of distrust of corporate employees viewed as too far removed from the common working level, including an outright disdain for a [former] group president.
