As other employees have stated the restructuring and sub-contracting of certain departments has lead to layoffs and firings of good employees. They have billboards posted everywhere stating "Your job search is over" come to Leidos etc, yet they are getting rid of multiple employees with several years of experience. Last but not least the company has several positions that require a security clearances but seem not to sponsor its own internal employees or very few.

Way too many Egos running around loose. This is a scientific community, but still a .gov place to work. Which means a lot of PhD's running around that think they know everything. Sad part their PhD is in something biological or Chemical but these people are now project managers, IT managers, and just managers in general. This agency is 10-15 years behind where it should be because of it.
