      Pros

      Every day is a new puzzle. The company is true to its motto of solving tomorrow's problems today. Very real problems and very interesting work. The CEO is both inspiring and keeps his word.

      Cons

      Expectations are set on you outside of your role and expertise. It's room to grow, but it also can be overwhelming. The company and teams are siloed to the nth degree, and there is very little cross-team integration.

      Pros

      Great company to work for-does amazing work for our government. Salary was good for responsibilities. Autonomy is a plus for most people.

      Cons

      No career development. Company's divisions seem to hurt more than help employees as well as cross selling opportunities. Slow to change

      Salary was okay. First year end raise was strangely cut in half.

      Cons

      When Leidos lost contract they come back saying how you owe money. When explained why debt not valid, they come back 6 months later. Again, explain why debt not valid, Leidos comes back another 6 months later. Again, explain why debt not valid with Leidos own data and Leidos still insists debt valid. It's an internal Leidos issue, debt not valid on my end. Leidos makes millions off workers yet keeps coming back for a hundred bucks? Seriously? Move on already you lost the contract.
