MaxIT and VCS were great companies. When they were purchased and combined to become Leidos, that was no longer true. The company has become top heavy, management doesn't appreciate the consultants that bring in the revenue, communication is non-existent, they aren't getting enough opportunities to keep the consultants working and they have downsized a large number of great professionals. Pay is low compared to market.
