      Pros

      Company cared about is people and showed it (when it was SAIC).

      Cons

      Don't care about the people, management is horrible. They will fire you if you blink wrong.

      Inherited some of the smart people from SAIC

      Cons

      - Much of management knows little to nothing about the industry they work in - Engineers and other such employees are forced to take vacation or leave without pay when there are "coverage gaps" but management is still covered and paid - Company lacks any serious intellectual property - Company doesn't do hardware production - Two items above make it very difficult to compete with other companies on contracts - Stopped investing much into the employees (SAIC used to do this quite a bit)

      Pros

      Leidos has excellent benefits for their employees. They provide competitive salaries, 401k with automatic company contributions, stock options, and medical. Their medical plans offer both HSA and FSA plans and are, hearing from other companies, at comparable pricing.

      Cons

      The medical deductibles are quite high. I believe most of this is in response to government regulations, but they have still increased in the past 3-4 years.
