      Pros

      I really enjoy my work, but that's more a function of loving the type of work I do, the customer I support and my teammates...not the company itself.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for professional development. The new HRM system they implemented is horrible...not very user friendly. Took me longer to enter my annual goals than to actually think of my annual goals. Same goes for the Expense Approval/Reimbursement systems...horrible.
