      Pros

      challenging work, good exposure, personal growth opportunity, work-life balance and great benefits. Leidos organize and sponsor lots of programs/events within the community for everyone to participate in it.

      Cons

      sometimes you feel disconnected with your Leidos colleagues since most of them are working at a different client. You really need to using their prism virtual office portal and be proactive virtually to feel the connection.

      Don't value the experience of older employees. Its not age discrimination anymore is salary discrimination. Benefits have been getting worse and worse and the value of people is nonexistent. Timesold is the only metric that means anything to anyone.
