      Pros

      Not a bad company to work for. Decent vacation, 401K match, and benefits. Offers potential to grow. I would consider working for them again.

      Cons

      Constant changes, poor raises, they have switched to a cubical work atmosphere so don’t expect an office. Pay is low in Oak Ridge area

      Great benefits and performance for government clients excellent. Great teamwork environment with in business unit. New building in Columbia MD is great office to work at.

      Cons

      Not everyone performs their assigned duties. These people tend to delegate but like to take full credit. Need more channels to monitors job performance duties.
