Pros

Good networking opportunities, Regional representative work very hard to find job placement for you. Good bonus and salary, however if you have a sizable salary your chance to get bonus on time is less. Independent and autonomous.

Cons

The bench policy changed and became very undiscript and unpredictable. After the merge i was lacking contact and connection from anyone at administration. I felt completely alone without guidance or oversight. I had zero opportunity to meet my new supervisor and have a personal review, many practices such as this became standardized and very impersonal, because of excesive amounts of turnover noone at HQ knew who I was, my skill level, or my specific background. I could go on and on. I am happy to be the with a new company.

Pros

Leidos is committed to integrity in all things and going beyond what is normally expected in delivery to the customer. Pay is good, opportunity abounds and really great people make the difference.

Cons

Getting trained in new technologies has been an issue but I believe it may not be the same in other divisions within the company.

Pros

There are some social events for the employees.

Cons

Senior leadership hires its friends and family to the detriment of the company and its goals. Internal opportunities for advancement are limited due to nepotism. Salary disparity is extreme. Regular lay-offs due to lack of work and poor planning are a pervasive issue. The ability to gain new contracts is absent. Ethics is situational and those who attempt to escalate unethical situations are ignored or reprimanded. Communication is poor. Benefits are deteriorating. Those with the most experience on the programs have been lost due to these issues. General morale is very poor. These issues cause an even higher attrition rate.
