      Ok Company - Decreasing salaries, decent benefits iffy Mgt.

      Pros

      - Ok compensation but like others, they have been decreasing their salaries. Try to negotiate and find out their 'max' compensation amount. -Ok benefits .. they will match half the amount of 6% of your paycheck. IE if you contribute 1000, they will match 500. -and yes, like MOST of these contracting companies, they seem to only care about billable hours. You're just a number to them.

      Cons

      Management iffy. The management i have do not socialize much with the workers that are not directly subordinate. Therefore my Pay raise that was suggested by my team lead was rejected by upper management since he didn't feel as strongly. Upper management only says hi to me in passing.

      Pros

      Great pay. Great benefits. Close location to customer.

      Cons

      Company has no plan for growth. Firing Business Development Managers (Marketing/Sales) is the last thing they should be doing at this point since the split from SAIC. They are lost. Laying people off left and right. No local growth in Ohio. Penny pinching everything. Everyone believes the company will sell off business units to competitors.

      Pros

      pay rapidly rose after being hired. reasonable training offered after a while. seemed to be a lot of opportunities after looking around worldwide.

      Cons

      inefficient money hungry soulless contract chasing minions. If you are at all proud of your work or like working with cutting edge technology, do not work here. It will be interesting to see what branch of the government they try to suck dry next after their defense contracts get axed.
