Pros

Laid back culture Unlimited sick time Free or low cost health care Its a cool place to work if you are single, no kids, and can afford to make the same wack wages for 2 years

Cons

Low wages- no raises for two years, management will try to brain wash you into believing that you are being paid fairly but you really aren't. Especially since Lemonade gives no bonus' or raises for two years. Giving stickers, candy and having liquor at events arent fair trade offs. I was employed to do one specific job in auto now im working customer service and pet. They fire/laid off a bunch of people over 50 and now they are using "us" to pick up the slack. Im over it and looking for better elsewhere. Lack of transparency, claims dept is a hot mess, lawsuits waiting to happen. There is no real promotion within. There really shouldnt be so many loop holes to move within the company. It seems that managers get promoted fairly quickly without having to be with the company for a year.(I see you) They throw mixers or parties but only for employees. Cant bring a spouse or significant other to events.
