      Don't bother, they preach transparency when it's convenient and play favorites

      Pros

      The co-workers and people who work here are great. They give out booze like it's candy and do happy hours quarterly. The benefits are great, I can't fault them for this.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and structure. There is major favoritism when it comes to promotions so be ready to kiss a lot of you know what to get where you need to go. One of the values is bold but when you actually question the status quo you are penalized for it. When asked about increasing wages with inflation they said we were paid enough then bragged about having a billion in the bank. They will fire you without warning, just like they laid off over 50 people, you are a number even though they promote this family start-up culture.
