Pros

The company is great on so many fronts. It's dynamic and maintains a start-up vibe. People are kind, professional and happy to help. The company is sincerely well intentioned and caring both about customers and about employees. The center of gravity of Product and Engineering is in TLV, it dictates an Israeli-centric culture which I found to be awesome. The company has been growing for so long, there are countless growth opportunities.

Cons

Things move and change really fast - you have to be adaptable. The company is humble - this is not the kind of place where the entire company will fly for a vacation. I personally like it, but if extravagant parties is your thing, you won't find it here.

Not the Company It Used To Be

Pros

- Good health benefits - Co-workers are mostly nice and supportive

Cons

- New leadership has turned it into another toxic call center environment - Recent layoffs came conveniently after team members started expressing dissatisfaction with leadership transparency and pay - Remaining employees are overworked and underpaid in addition to being scared that they too will be fired for fabricated reasons - No raise for at least the first two years, with no guarantee of a raise even after your second anniversary - Career pathways plan provides very little chance for growth outside the customer service team

Pros

Work from home Remote work Gifts Work from home stipend

Cons

Unrealistic expectations Micromanaging Feeling literally chained to your desk Extremely high stress Not competitive pay Shady company that values numbers over employees Promises certain perks then takes them away No opportunity for any kind of raise before 2 years employment. Managers push and push for better numbers causing extreme stress and declines in employees mental health. Employees feel chained to their desk and are afraid to leave to even use the restroom. There is no transparency from a company that prides themselves on being transparent with its customers. The whole place is a joke filled with toxic positivity (to the extreme). Don’t work here unless you’ve always dreamed of being micromanaged to the extreme and enjoy being constantly reminded that you’re great BUT just not as good as you could be (even when you work on off times to try and get better numbers). No one will ever be good enough because even if you’re the best employee, they will still compliment sandwich you until you feel just inadequate enough that you break down and quit.
