Whole new approach to insurance. Startup vibe. Any level employee can send ideas straight to the department heads. True team environment.

Cons

Growing really fast, so we are all a bit busy until we get fully staffed. Come join us, you won't regret it!

Good benefits, job was great before the new claims officer took over from USAA. Everything is hardcore metrics driven now.

Cons

No HR department. Leaders hire their friends from legacy carriers and then promote said friends. No work life balance. Extremely high turnover due to work volume.
