- work from home - minimal supervision - good benefits - friendly coworkers

Cons

- no raises for 2 years - upper management likes to isolate and drill employees out of their opinions that may go against the company - avoidance of clear answers/help for employees, lots of gray lines and vague answers - noticeable favoritism and sexism - start up culture, in that it's a constant dumpster fire of technical and protocol issues that take forever to correct - toxic positivity, no room to be upset or unhappy about anything

- Limited People / HR function (limited information on career pathways, standards for performance reviews, etc) - Bit of a split between offices (HQ in TLV much more the tech hub, especially after Covid)
