Lemonade has been a very supportive and upbeat environment. I love the transparency from higher-ups. The growth opportunities are enormous!

Cons

As with any start-up, there can be some growing pains. For example, some departments are understaffed given the workload. But management works extremely hard to fix these issues as they arise.
