      -Amazing company values and focus on social good -Unparalleled company culture with virtual/in-person mixers, small team events, large-scale office events, and the office ops team just randomly sending you little goodies/treats for different occasions throughout the year -Outstanding benefits -Genuinely supportive and understanding leadership

      Cons

      -While the total offer is top-tier (benefits, perks, stock, fairly flexible PTO, etc.), the pay itself is more so middle-of-the line.

      Pros

      The company culture sets an amazing tone for engagement, collaboration, support, and fun. You are able to engage on all levels. There are so many ways that the company will recognize team and individual success. Your colleagues will be some of you best friends and you will have the opportunity to work on things that will really be seen in and outside the organization. The office environment is low stress and fun to be in. They have a hybrid work/life balance for some roles and dedicated remote for others. I have never had the Sunday depression at 4 pm knowing I'll be going to work the next day while I've been at Lemonade. You will be challenged, you will learn, you will grow, and you will do it with others who will support and cheer for you along the way.

      Cons

      Hybrid work/home model may not be for everyone. It's a growth company, so for middle and senior managers, you can expect to do more work that you may have only seen at lower levels.
