      1. People - every team member is super impressive and fun to work with 2. Great work environment 3. You work with people that really care about your best interest and your success. 4. Best company in town

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is this is a startup and so that can sometimes make it hard cause you have to keep up with all the changes.

      Pros

      - Fast paced, dynamic, high growth startup - Ability to work with strong sense of purpose and responsibility (no micromanaging) - Innovative business model, incorporating social good into company financial goals - Tight, close knit working environment - Brilliant colleagues you can learn from and inspire - Beautiful office space and perks

      Cons

      - Fast growth means constant change. Won't be right for you if having to adjust plans, processes, targets gives you anxiety - Insurance is still a regulated industry. Need to blend tech agility with methodical, compliant decisionmaking - Small, low headcount, high-impact team. You'll have full control over the work you do but will also be deep in the weeds. Don't expect to farm your work out to an army of interns and jr. colleagues.
