      Everything is amazing working for Lemonade, but what really brings me joy is the people I work with and the culture that Lemonade fosters.

      Pros

      Benefits package is top notch, leadership involvement, vision and mission are driven by values, huge work life balance focus and so many more reasons!

      Cons

      Salary meets industry norms but could be more competitive. The other aspects of total compensation do add above and beyond value outside of just salary so it’s not a strong con whatsoever.

      Pros

      Great benefits and generous starting PTO and sick pay. They encourage you to work independently, but not to be afraid to reach out to upper management. Great company paid perks like therapy, meditation apps, physical therapy and workout apps. Extremely generous starting salary and paid training. Being able to work remote in a different state from your HUB and still feeling part of the office.

      Cons

      Difficult customers at times, but as long as you can show that you did everything properly, management has your back.
