Great People! No Personal Life!

Pros

Love my team. They are great people. Work hard, care for each other. We make friends together. Team events a few times a year Lemonade pays for is great. Competitive salary. Good office equipment. Great facilities in building.

Cons

My health is getting worse. Most stressful job I ever had. More stressed than my army service. Work 60+ hours. Come home and work. I sleep bad and then work more. Communications across teams not great. Communications from executives worse, very chaotic. We start projects, finish, start over again because senior management make last minute decisions. We never complete deadlines, more stress.

Nice team, very friendly. Good hearts in developers, middle managers, and some others. Good salary

Cons

We are encouraged to write fake positive reviews. Someone wrote a bad review with 2 stars, it was very honest and said truth, and they start looking for who did it. This is called “witch hunt”. I think it is illegal, not sure. Bad worklife balance. Very anxious and stressed a lot
