easy hire. If you are a master of bs, this is the place for you . used to have work live balance, but that's over now cuz they think that's what's gonna pull them out of their sinking ship situation

Cons

disgusting DNA. Juvenile or plain out stupid attitude and behavior to each other. you're forced to feel "privileged" that you're there, even though you as an employee or a person is the last thing on their mind. Very (very) mediocre management. trained to be yes-mens (emphasis on 'men' though they love to think of themselves as women-promoting , but in fact there's a very manly-toxic environment for women) .
