Pros

Lemonade has an incredibly exciting future - while working with the best minds in the business. There's tons of opportunity to learn from intelligent colleagues and grow professionally, in a fast-paced environment with a very fun office and online culture. People are kind, big-hearted, and super smart.

Cons

Just like everything else in life, it's not for everyone... not everyone loves a fast-pace environment, and you really need to be passionate about the intersection of tech, values, and data.

Cons

- As with any global tech company, you'll have some late calls with the US and EU teams (how many and how often depends on your role)

Pros

The company is really looking to have a positive impact on the world, even though it’s “just” an insurance company! The work I do is challenging, the pace is super fast and it’s always interesting here. The people are incredible - some of the smartest, most talented and passionate I’ve worked with. The culture is amazing, the offices are luxurious and comfy.

Cons

Sometimes change happens too fast and too frequently
