Caring company that constantly makes efforts to delight its employees. Great culture with plenty of company events A company that gives back to the community Opportunities for advancement for go-getters

Cons

Claims has poor to moderate work life balance (like every claims department for any insurance company). I am experience very good work life balance in underwriting. Lacks competitive pay for experienced talent. Lemonade isn’t perfect but they are by far the best company I have ever worked for…. By miles!

Pros

The Giveback program drew me to Lemonade, but I am so pleased with notnonly the charitable works of this company, but the compensation, benefits, and work life balance are phenomenal.

Cons

If you are a person who needs to go to the office to be/feel productive it may not be for you. In certain locations the offices are only open for employees to be at 1x per week. However for many people this is a big plus.
