Tech start-up company that is growing like crazy! I've never worked at a place that cares more about their employees. Such a fun place to work and your voice is always heard! Lots of opportunities to move up/move around to any new things you want to try!

Cons

Literally have nothing bad to say about them, I have worked here for 6 months and it has been great!

Working at Lemonade is by far one of the best work environments I've been a part of. I feel as though I can talk to anyone about anything and not only will I be heard, but I'll be encouraged to share more! The onboarding process was so much fun (I know some can be intimidating or daunting), and training was upbeat, adapted to everyone's learning style. Another good sizeable mention would be the companies drive for social good. Its incredible the drive everyone has to make a difference, if you are looking for a place where you can feel empowered, heard, and seen, Lemonade is right for you!

Cons

If I weren't to put anything here you would be suspicious, but I truly do not have anything negative to say at this time!

Cons

Can be stressful amougest all the crazy smart and creative people, lots of challenges and hard work - and people there are so crazy that they love it!
