Pros
THE BEST people (personally and professionally) Great location and cool offices Freedom to work outside of the box - actually, there is no box! Office vibe is amazing, you can work from any spot you'd like Great 10bis daily amount! =D Anything you want or have to know is on slack, easy access to info Mixer events - they randomly select people and take them to a bar so they can socialize and become friends, at company expense. How cool is that?
Cons
Hard to visualize career growth, there isn't a clear process Very basic performance reviews, not connected to salary increases or promotions It would be much better having access to Microsoft stuff instead of G-suite No remote work allowed, only during half-day holidays
