      Pros

      Nothing like any other insurance company and I mean that in a good way. Extremely positive environment to work in with so many brilliant and collaborative minds. Everyone truly believes in changing the worlds perspective on insurance from a necessary evil to something pain free and even enjoyable. The company culture is great and makes most days hardly feel like work.

      Cons

      It is a true startup environment so there are pain points and learning curves on a regular basis. I enjoy this process and the opportunity to grow with the organization so I don’t see it as a con, but the lack of extreme structure is not for everyone.

      Pros

      Great benefits, support structure, and innovative thinking! Everyone is bought into making Lemonade the best non-insurancey insurance company out there.

      Cons

      It's a newer company. People are still wearing a lot of hats, and building out processes and procedures. I also love that about the company though, so it's hard to call it a con.

      Pros

      Lemonade offers challenging work that makes you feel good about what you are doing, everyday. The environment allows people to really shine but getting things done. People are genuine and warm, and the environment is one of encouragement. The problems people work on are intellectually stimulating. Solving them is gratifying, and you see the results quickly. People love the brand and what we have to offer, and that creates a work environment of pride.
