      Work with super talented people in a fast-paced environment that celebrates creativity, and attracts a diverse array of thinkers, doers, and artists. The product is easy to connect with on an emotional level, which means everyone who shows up to the office is excited to create something meaningful, exciting, and beautiful - together.

      Cons

      Lemonade is not for everyone. Passion, point of view, and the right personality fit is more vital to thrive at Lemonade than at previous tech company where I've worked.
