They give me a lot of flexibility and autonomy It's really a company of A players Lemonade thinks out of the box and is always pushing to innovate on all fronts

- Values are not just words: they are important to the top management and they do a lot of efforts to make sure they re reflected and respected - Super talented and great people: they select carefully the best "makers" for the company - The company is led by top leaders and visionary people Daniel and Shai, who set the tone for the company

Cons

Sometimes challenging to work in such dynamic place (a lot of changes can happen sometimes in short period). You need to understand and map correctly the stakeholders and resource gate keepers to move projects forward.
