Extremely rewarding work place! Management is comfortable giving employees major responsibility very early on. Encourage creativity and let employees try new, creative ideas. No idea is too crazy at Lemonade.

Lemonade is a uniquely “good” company. While the company prioritizes turning a necessary evil (insurance) into a social good, it’ll also prioritizes making work fun & rewarding. The company & executives genuinely care about every employee, and this is demonstrated through seeking & acting on feedback, providing generous benefits, and making every employee feel welcome to their new work home. I view Lemonade as the quintessential 21st century company. It understands that employees work harder when they are appreciated.

Cons

From my perspective, there aren’t any! However, some may struggle with less structure than typical Fortune 500 companies or with a flatter management structure.
