      -trusted to work autonomously and not be micromanaged -a great sense of togetherness versus ever man for himself -the feeling that you're really contributing to the success of the business and the recognition that is continually given for hard work -being able to contribute ideas to all areas of the business and the support you get to grow those ideas -supportive leadership that pushes you to learn by doing and doesn't tell you what step to take next -working with some of the smartest, most accomplished, most driven, most creative people I will ever meet -an amazing product that you can see will do more than change insurance but something that will also push social good (this makes coming to work and doing the work each day as rewarding as possible) -leadership is transparent about goals, mistakes, projects that are being worked on, and what is coming next -empathy and kindness are at the heart of what the company is about and what they promote -the company is not afraid to take a stand on issues that might seem controversial some

      Cons

      -still a start-up, you have to understand that things will change at times and they will change quickly; have to be ready for that and flexible enough to go with the flow -the team is growing very quickly which isn't a con but you do have many new coworkers every month -some processes are still changing or being established but nothing that is detrimental to the employees or customer. one of the best parts of working at Lemonade is you can try something, fail, change it up, and try again. If you get impatient with this working style the startup environment might seem crazy.

      - Great/Clean office - Top talent - Great product - They invest in good quality office equipment

      Cons

      - Each man for himself/herself; cut throat environment - Kindness is not valued - Some of the rudest people I have ever worked with in my life - Poor, uninspiring, and unhelpful management
