      Pros

      - Insurance is pretty interesting and different, it's a nice change - The company has great values - The people are great, fun, smart and experienced - Great location for the (TLV) office - Very high standards - Much less bureaucracy than the standard (at least what I'm used to)

      Cons

      There aren't many cons that I can think of, the one thing is that while the "Compensations & Benefits" are good, I feel like sometimes they can be better. Also. there is a fast-paced atmosphere, which might not work for everyone.

      THE BEST people (personally and professionally) Great location and cool offices Freedom to work outside of the box - actually, there is no box! Office vibe is amazing, you can work from any spot you'd like Great 10bis daily amount! =D Anything you want or have to know is on slack, easy access to info Mixer events - they randomly select people and take them to a bar so they can socialize and become friends, at company expense. How cool is that?

      Cons

      Hard to visualize career growth, there isn't a clear process Very basic performance reviews, not connected to salary increases or promotions It would be much better having access to Microsoft stuff instead of G-suite No remote work allowed, only during half-day holidays
