Transparency is the name of the game. I love working for a startup where each employee is involved in its growth. It feels like management not only wants to hear from every member of the team but also takes on feedback and puts it to action. Fast-paced, exciting company that attracts super high-quality folk.

Cons

Growing fast so hard to keep the closeness between employees but exciting nevertheless.

-friendly and warm work environment -employee centric- all work conditions are perfectly tailored to the employees from office food, vacation policy to taking employee feedback seriously -great office location -lot of team work -openness to new ideas and proactivity -Lemonade’s mission and vision

-need to keep up with constant changes and high-paced environment which might be difficult for some people

I feel motivated to come to work everyday because Lemonade genuinely cares about making a difference and providing their customers with the best experience possible

Cons

Because of the warm climate in Tel Aviv, the airconditioning is sometimes a little too high for my preference. But that's literally the only negative thing I can think of.
