Pros where ever you look. If you want to really change the world and not as a cliche or buzz word, Lemonade is the right company for you. The level of professionalism in this company is out of this world. It's in every little detail. And other than the professional side you'll have the best time here as everyone here is so great. Plus, there are tons of snacks :). And don't get me started with the social good and impact this company does. The closest thing you'll ever get to as a perfect company.

Cons

Can't find any. Glassdoor is making me list one so it will be space. We're growing so fast and space is running out.
