Pros
I love working at this company! The environment is completely different than the big legacy carriers. This company really cares about the employees and mental health. This company really does care about the customers. The most amazing thing about this company is how much they give back to the community. They do not keep the profits to themselves instead they give back to the community!! How crazing is that! If you are thinking about working here or applying do not hesitate. I highly recommended it.
Cons
The con to working at this company is you don't get commissions or bonuses however I rather have a good work life balance than yearly bonuses.
