      Pros

      The company cares about each individual from the top down. They’re big on transparency and innovation. They treat you like an adult who also has a real life outside of the workday, and it truly becomes a family dynamic.

      Cons

      They’re offices are incredible but they decided to go completely WFH after seeing how effective it is during the pandemic. Not a full con, because they’re going to implement “hot desks” which allow you to schedule a desk you can work from on a day-to-day basis in house!

      Pros

      Great culture, environment, room to grow, friendly people. lots of work but enjoyable.

      Cons

      no time to engage in all the culture and extra activities, or "fun" meetings even over zoom due to the high expectations of work load.
