Pros

Great benefits and generous starting PTO and sick pay. They encourage you to work independently, but not to be afraid to reach out to upper management. Great company paid perks like therapy, meditation apps, physical therapy and workout apps. Extremely generous starting salary and paid training. Being able to work remote in a different state from your HUB and still feeling part of the office.

Cons

Difficult customers at times, but as long as you can show that you did everything properly, management has your back.

-Good health insurance and benefits -Nice office if you get to go in -Fun perks -Good PTO and sick policies -Some very nice people who care

Cons

-Toxic, inexperienced, dishonest leadership, particularly in CLX -Pay is often below average with very little mobility -Internal tech has great aesthetics but imo needs improvement in terms of functionality and reliability -High turnover and retention issues, especially in CLX -Diversity is not valued. Pattern of issues -Workload is often very hard to manage due to high incidence of fraud and customer harassment. You are not given adequate training or support. -Not a transparent culture. Retaliation if you don't drink the koolaid or you voice concerns -Questionable and inconsistent practices in CLX -Seems like a great culture on its surface, but behind the facade, it's not Employees in CLX are extremely burnt out and afraid to speak out because of fear of retaliation or firing.

* Amazing team, always feel supported. * Company benefits are incredible. They really care about you as a person. From the great health insurance benefits they offer, to celebrating milestones with you ( birthdays, anniversaries etc.) It really does feel like family. * Excellent pay and compensation package. * Changes are always happening and we are constantly growing and moving forward! Everyday ( sometimes multiple times a day) there are updates to make our jobs easier! " we made the thing better look!" * Your voice is heard, you are validated, your opinion matters!

Cons

* I can hardly think of any. If I'm being extremely nit-picky, the workload can be a bit overwhelming at times, but we are also constantly hiring, growing and expanding, adding new teams, and innovating new ways to streamline processes!
