- Very professional team - Great atmosphere (really happy to go there every morning) - Working on a top product - Management is really open to any new idea and suggested literally from anyone

Cons

- Compensation is ~20%-25% lower than the industry standards - It's very hard to get promoted. Senior roles will always be taken by people from outside the company

- Good people - willing to work together and help with projects. Get shi* done attitude. Very intellect and passionate about their job. - Interesting product - never thought I'll say working for an insurance company would be interesting - but it very much is! A lot of data and very dynamic industry, especially in this online world. - Modest - even with lots of money in the pocket the CEOs are very modest and you can feel this immediately. -CEOs - weird as it may sounds I'm writing our CEO as pros(or cons), this is actually one of the best things Lemonade got. Very smart, come with interaction with all levels of workers and very much open-minded.

Cons

- Salary - below average or average. You'd expect more from a company that raised so much money. - Career - not many opportunities to level up your career. Possibly will do the same job for 4 years.

THE BEST people (personally and professionally) Great location and cool offices Freedom to work outside of the box - actually, there is no box! Office vibe is amazing, you can work from any spot you'd like Great 10bis daily amount! =D Anything you want or have to know is on slack, easy access to info Mixer events - they randomly select people and take them to a bar so they can socialize and become friends, at company expense. How cool is that?

Cons

Hard to visualize career growth, there isn't a clear process Very basic performance reviews, not connected to salary increases or promotions It would be much better having access to Microsoft stuff instead of G-suite No remote work allowed, only during half-day holidays
